Small
Class Size for Big Learning Classes are limited to 10 participants -
small enough for intimate learning, while large enough for a diversity of
thinking. Classes will fill be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.

8am)
Where Doubletree Hotel
at Reid Park Tucson, Arizona The Doubletree Hotel at Reid Park is a
lovely resort facility in the heart of Tucson. The rooms include free high
speed internet and free transportation to/from the airport.

To
reserve your room: A block of rooms is reserved for each session.
Discounted room rates are available only for reservations made no later than 30
days prior to the event. Please call the Doubletree at 520-881-4200 and let
them know you are registering for the Creating the Future course.
Please note: Room
discounts are only available if you reserve your room via the phone number
above. Discounts are not available if you make your reservations online.
Attire
Somewhere between business casual and casual. Please no ties (men) or
stockings/high heels (women). Jeans / sneakers are fine (but please no shorts /
flip-flops). To learn together we need to be comfortable!
What is
Included in Your Tuition
Tuition
Includes:
- Breakfast and lunch for the 5 days of the event
- +/- 100 Binder filled with handouts / worksheets
for use with clients (includes license to use / reproduce all materials for use
with clients)
- DVD with photos of all flip chart sheets generated
during the 5 days
- Participation in email discussion group, during and
after the session, for ongoing learning Community support. Creating the Future
staff and volunteers will assist with questions / problems as participants
begin using new systems with their clients.
- Ongoing assistance by Creating the Future staff and
volunteers for clarifying / answering questions that arise as students being
transforming their consulting practice
Not
Included in the Tuition:
- Airfare
- Hotel accommodations
- Dinner
Please note: There
will be some informal dinner events that are entirely social and not required
as part of the course, for which participants cover their own expenses.
Refund /
Cancellation Policy Course registration fees are refundable, less a
$350 non-refundable service charge, until one month prior to the first day of
the event. After that date, cancellations will receive a credit towards a
future course, less the $350 non-refundable service charge. Event no-shows will
receive neither fee refunds nor credit.
Tax
deduction of expenses An income tax deduction may be allowed for
expenses of education (including registration fees, travel, meals, and lodging)
undertaken to maintain and improve your professional skills. Check with your
personal tax advisor to determine if this is applicable for you.
Unconditional Satisfaction
Guarantee Upon completing the course, in the event you are not
satisfied for any reason, we will refund the cost of your registration, no
questions asked.
